Growing up immersed in the world of hospitality, Andrew McCoy has a deep-seated understanding of service excellence and guest expectations. His extensive journey in the hospitality industry culminated in the honor of managing some of Asheville, NC's most prestigious hotels for one of the city's top hotel groups. Drawing from years of experience in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining impeccable standards, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to Ivory Estate Cleaning. Born to a resilient Mexican family and a proud first-generation American, Valerio Saracco is a true embodiment of the American dream. His multilingual prowess – fluently speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese – reflects his global perspective, shaped by diverse experiences from around the world. Valerio's journey in Asheville began at the age of 18, starting humbly as a housekeeper. With dedication and a relentless drive, he ascended through the ranks, transitioning from the front desk to ultimately overseeing all operations as the General Manager of one of Asheville's premier high-end hotels. His deep understanding of guest satisfaction is complemented by impeccable communication skills. At Ivory Estate Cleaning, Valerio channels his vast knowledge of hospitality and cleaning, ensuring that our clients receive service that's a class apart, influenced by his rich cultural background and international flair.
